Man, I wish that were the case in my situation. Funny thing is, though my wife makes around $6 - $7 less an hour than I do, her take-home is only around $200 less than mine every two weeks. She doesn't pay a dime for medical, and the doctors at her clinic pay 100% of her "employee" contribution in to her 401k. Pretty sweet deal. My cut of the medical premiums comes out to a little more than $300 a month for McKenna and I, and my employer isn't doing a match on our 401k's any more.
