When you stop treatment should be your own decision. And you do not "cure" cancer, you eradicate it. Chemo/radiation is like dropping a nuke. There is a certain point where continuing treatment is doing more damage to the person's body than it is the disease. *That* is when you stop treatment. Insurance companies should not be allowed to decide when your life is not worth fighting for any more, ever. That's up to you, your family and, possibly, your doctor(s).
